Meet The Team:
Colette Washington, B.S., RN — Founder & CEO
With over 30 years of clinical and educational experience, Colette is an American Heart Association, Red Cross, and HSI Certified Instructor in ACLS, PALS, and BLS. As Chair of the Greater Southeast Affiliate Education Subcommittee and Senior Faculty for the AHA Training Center, she leads HSC’s curriculum development and quality assurance efforts. Colette was recognized as Leon County Women‑Owned Business of the Year in 2022 and serves on the City of Tallahassee’s Minority, Women & Small Business Advisory Committee. Her leadership ensures every program reflects rigor, inclusion, and real-world readiness.
Isiah brings 20+ years in technology and business operations, overseeing HSC’s logistics, customer service, and marketing efforts. He is also an AHA-certified CPR instructor and coordinates all CPR training in Tallahassee under the CPR Tally brand. His background ensures efficient program delivery and a responsive learning environment.
Ivette Berry, MSN, RN — Teaching Faculty
Ivette leverages her extensive hands-on experience to support healthcare learners at all levels—from beginners to seasoned professionals. With an RN and MSN degree and years of classroom and clinical instruction, Ivette emphasizes potential and confidence in every student.
T. Ramiah Castañeda II, M.S., CCMA — Teaching Faculty
A Florida State University alumnus and Master’s graduate in Biomedical Sciences, Mr. Castañeda has 8+ years as a certified medical assistant and over 5 years teaching clinical skills instruction. He helps guide students through our Clinical Assistant program (CAP), preparing them for real-world clinical settings.
Reyna Goodwin — AHA Faculty
Reyna brings over 18 years of experience in oral and facial surgery, having worked as a surgical assistant. She now teaches First Aid, CPR, BLS, and ACLS with NoCo CPR, combining her clinical background with a passion for education. Reyna is committed to helping others build confidence in emergency response and strengthening community preparedness across Northern Colorado.
Kimberly Hankins — Office Manager
With a degree from Florida A&M University and 15+ years in educational administration, Kimberly brings order and heart to the student experience: handling registrations, scheduling, and offering hands-on support to students and clients.
Miranda Mack‑Delavallade, M.D. — Clinical Program Director
Dr. Mack‑Delavallade holds degrees in Exercise Science (BS), Biomedical Science (MS), and Medicine (MD) from Florida State University and brings over a decade of experience in clinical instruction and coaching. She oversees our clinical programs and ensures curriculum alignment with health equity, patient-centered care, and professional readiness.
Todd Meissner, CCMA— Teaching Faculty
Todd brings over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry and currently serves as the Clinical Program Coordinator at FSU College of Medicine’s FSU Health Primary Care. A graduate of Florida State University, Todd combines a background in music and healthcare with a deep commitment to education. His career includes service as an Aeromedical Evacuation Flight Instructor in the Air Force Reserve, reflecting his expertise in clinical training and patient care under pressure.
Josh Peebles, PMD — EMS/Paramedic Faculty
With 20+ years in EMS (ground and air), Josh teaches ACLS, BLS, PALS, and PEARS for the American Heart Association. As faculty at Tallahassee State College, he combines academic insight and real-world critical care expertise.
Trent Robinson, RN, EMT‑P — AHA Faculty
A Florida State graduate with 15+ years as a flight nurse/paramedic, Trent is well-versed in high-acuity emergency care. He brings field-tested expertise to ACLS, BLS, PALS, and PEARS instruction.
Barry Washington, CCMA — AHA Faculty
With two decades of Navy Hospital Corpsman experience, Barry now transitions into nursing and teaches BLS CPR. His military medical background provides a disciplined, detail-oriented learning experience.
Florida Health Science Consulting (HSC) is a family-owned and operated organization dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare education and professional development. We specialize in CPR and emergency cardiovascular care (ECC) training, clinical medical assisting, nursing assisting, healthcare compliance education, and clinical internships that prepare students for certification, career advancement, or graduate school.
HSC is an authorized training center for the American Heart Association, a Nationwide Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross, and affiliated with the American Health and Safety Institute (ASHI). Our instructional team includes physicians, nurses, paramedics, and certified medical assistants—all bringing years of real-world clinical experience into every course we teach.
